Most people look at me like I've grown a third eye in the middle of my forehead when I describe it, and then they mutter dire warnings about overcooking the eggs. Imagine their surprise when they have to admit that the eggs are definitely not overcooked.<br /><br />As far as Grandma Prisbrey...I make sure I share something about her somewhere (here, Facebook, Ravelry, somewhere) every once in a while. I hard boil the eggs exactly the same as...Sweetie! I hard boil the eggs exactly the same as you do! It is so odd to see my process, in such exquisite detail, laid out for me to read.... I have always had a problem with raw onions, so I cut up the onions and fry them in olive oil, and let them cool before adding to the potato salad. I add salt and pepper, vinegar, mayo and mustard, same as you do. And I make enough for 2 or 3 meals; as you say, wouldn't want it hanging around too long. <br /><br />Debbie<br /><br />P.S.
